TOUGHTRACE

TOUGHTRACE detergent is an entirely new high-quality cleaning agent, developed by NIPPON A&L INC. for plastic injection-molding machines and extruders. Capable of eradicating any resins, whatever their characteristics, TOUGHTRACE has an exceedingly low persistency of residue inside cylinders, allowing it to be replaced by a wide range of materials, from transparent to colored, in a much shorter period of time than conventional products.

Characteristics of TOUGHTRACE

TOUGHTRACE is nonadhesive and can be easily replaced with any plastic materials in the molding or extrusion process.
TOUGHTRACE comes in pellets and is easy to use.
TOUGHTRACE is moldable, with the discharged moldings clearly indicating the extent to which the detergent has cleaned the molding machines or extruders.
TOUGHTRACE is noncorrosive and will not damage cylinder linings.
