[SANTAC] is a pure ABS resin produced by our original technology "Continuous Bulk Polymerization." This continuous process solely developed by NIPPON A&L, is able to manufacture the resin without applying any emulsifier or coagulant. As a result of employing this process, [SANTAC] shows outstanding hue stability and thermal stability. With stable properties, the material is suited to such processes as master batch coloring, injection molding with the least level of mold contamination, and best for blending into polymer alloy.
ST-55 complies with the regularion for the food packaging material in the main European countries ie. EU, EFTA, etc. Please ask us for the details of the certificate for the compliance.
